Native API automation — no middleware.

We build direct API integrations, webhook pipelines and queue-backed workflows. No Zapier. No Make. No vendor lock-in on your critical paths.

Our approach

Native development, not intermediary workflows

When the process is critical, the data is sensitive or the volume is high, the only real option is your own code running on your infra.

API-first development

  • Native integrations with your SaaS apps
  • Official SDKs or direct REST/GraphQL
  • No third-party middle layer
  • End-to-end request control

Enterprise security

  • Your data never goes through a third party
  • HMAC-signed webhooks
  • Secrets in managed vaults
  • Full audit logs + SOC 2 ready

Real scale

  • Queues + retries + backoff
  • Distributed workers
  • Smart rate limit handling
  • No artificial per-plan limits

Proprietary code

  • Your repo from day 1
  • Tests + CI/CD + observability
  • No tiered usage-based costs
  • Evolve freely with no vendor lock-in

Typical architecture

This is how we build an integration

Each integration is a dedicated service: trigger, AI processing where applicable, execution against real APIs, logging and monitoring. All on your infra.

  • Native trigger

Signed webhook from your SaaS, cron scheduler, database change, pub/sub event. No inefficient polling or generic connectors.

  • Enrich with your APIs

We query your systems (CRM, ERP, internal DB) directly via official SDKs. Zero passthrough via intermediaries.

  • AI only where it adds value

Classification, extraction, summaries, decisions involving ambiguity. When the logic is deterministic, it's pure code.

  • Execute end-to-end

We create, update or communicate directly against the APIs. With retries, idempotency and circuit breakers.

  • Log + alerts + metrics

Everything is audited in your database. Per-flow success dashboards, Slack alerts on failures, end-to-end traces.

Use cases

From manual processes to native pipelines.

High-volume processes, complex business logic or sensitive data don't tolerate intermediaries. We build the exact piece you need.

  • Bidirectional CRM ↔ ERP sync with conflict resolution
  • Lead qualification and scoring with AI in <1s
  • AI agent orchestration with proprietary tools
  • Massive file processing (XML, PDF, EDI)
  • Custom webhooks for billing, subscriptions, fraud

Questions about native integrations

You do. Everything lives in your repository, your infra and your secrets. We deliver code, documentation and handoff. No dependency on our accounts or platforms.
It depends on the complexity. Simple integrations: USD 6-10k. Complex integrations with AI, queues and audit: USD 15-30k. The operating cost afterwards is very low — just cloud + API consumption costs.
If it has an API (REST, GraphQL, official SDK or webhooks), yes. Almost every modern enterprise SaaS has one. If there isn't one, we assess with you whether it makes sense to use authenticated scraping or to wait for the official API to launch.
Every integration starts with queues + exponential retries, a dead-letter queue for unrecoverable errors, idempotency on all writes, circuit breakers for unstable external APIs, and automatic alerts to Slack/email when something fails repeatedly.
An end-to-end integration with medium-complexity logic: 3-5 weeks. For simpler processes: 1-2 weeks. We always start with a working prototype in the first week to validate the scope.
